Are the sweaters actually knitted?+
Yes. Our knitted sweaters, cardigans, kids’ sweaters, dog sweaters and toques are jacquard-knit: the design is made from the yarn itself, front, back and sleeves, not printed on top. We also make printed sweatshirts (the knit look, printed) for anyone who wants it lighter or needs it sooner.
When do I need to order for Christmas?+
Knitted pieces take the longest because each one is knitted to order: order them by November 24 to have them by Christmas. All-over print sweatshirts by December 6. Printed sweatshirts are made in Canada, so they’re the last-minute option: order by December 13. Every product page shows its own date.
Where are they made?+
We’re a Canadian shop and every design is ours. Knitted pieces are knitted to order by our production partner overseas and shipped to you; all-over print sweatshirts are cut and sewn in North America; printed sweatshirts are printed in Canada. We never claim “made in Canada” on anything that isn’t.
Can I put my own logo, names or text on a sweater?+
Yes. The custom builder lets you add up to three lines of text, pick a motif or upload your logo, and choose the colours. Logos are simplified to the yarns we knit with, and a real person checks every logo before it’s knitted. You can also add a knitted name across the back of most designs.
Do you do office party and team orders?+
Team pricing is automatic: 10% off 3 or more of one design, 15% off 6+, 20% off 12+, in any mix of sizes. Every custom-designed piece counts as one design, so your office can each have their own name on the back and still get the discount. For 25 or more, send us a team request and we’ll set it up.
How do sizes run?+
Knitted sweaters are unisex and true to size; the relaxed fit is roomier if you want to layer a shirt underneath. Every product page has the exact measurements. Dog sweaters: measure your dog’s chest and back before you pick a size.
Can I return or exchange?+
Because everything is made to order just for you, we don’t take returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misknitted or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free.
How do I wash a knitted sweater?+
Cold machine wash (30–40°C), inside out, and lay it flat to dry. It may shrink a touch on the first wash, so skip the dryer.
